Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service and unforeseen circumstances.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided during checkout, where tracking is available.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
