How to Prepare Veg Gravy
Restaurant-style taste in a few simple steps
STEP 01
Mix the Premix
Add 1 packet premix + 200 ml water + 100 ml milk. Mix well.
STEP 02
Prepare Tomato Base
Heat 3–4 tbsp oil and add puree of approx. 2 tomatoes (150 g).
STEP 03
Add Premix
Add prepared premix and cook for approx. 2 minutes while mixing.
STEP 04
Add Vegetables
Add 3 boiled vegetables. Optional: 1 tbsp cream + 1 tbsp butter.
STEP 05
Serve & Enjoy
Mix well, adjust consistency and serve hot.
